Association of Lady Pharmacists Anambra State Chapter Commemorates World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2026

The Association of Lady Pharmacists (ALPs), Anambra State Chapter, commemorated World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2026 with an outreach held on June 29, 2026, at Oreze Primary School, Onitsha. Under the leadership of the State Chairperson, Pharm. Dr. Maureen Anetoh, the chapter engaged pupils in meaningful discussions on menstrual hygiene, health, dignity, and empowerment. The outreach also included the distribution of sanitary pads and menstrual health education, helping to equip young girls with the knowledge and confidence to manage their menstrual health safely and with dignity.
